Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thesecondedit.co.nz. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returns are processed within 14 days from the date we received your item. Refunds are issued as store credit only and are subject to a 5% restocking fee deduction.

Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on final sale items.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to the items being one-off pieces.

Store Credit
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether it has been approved. If approved, store credit for the full approved amount will be issued within 24 hours. Please note that the 5% restocking fee will be deducted and will not be included in the store credit issued.
